A company representative announced that transactions proceeded quickly. "Competitive pressure increased for late-deciding customers, as options for floor level, view, or apartment area became limited," he shared.
According to the investor, the population in industrial core areas like Tan Uyen is growing rapidly, while the supply of social housing has not kept pace. In this context, projects with clear legal status, complete infrastructure, and affordable prices will attract buyers.
The company's ongoing projects contribute to increasing the supply of apartments to the market, aligning with the social housing development strategy for the 2021-2030 period.
