Phuc Dat Tan Uyen social housing signs second sales contract

Sales contracts for 90% of Phuc Dat Tan Uyen social housing units were signed on 29/3.

A company representative announced that transactions proceeded quickly. "Competitive pressure increased for late-deciding customers, as options for floor level, view, or apartment area became limited," he shared.

According to the investor, the population in industrial core areas like Tan Uyen is growing rapidly, while the supply of social housing has not kept pace. In this context, projects with clear legal status, complete infrastructure, and affordable prices will attract buyers.

The company's ongoing projects contribute to increasing the supply of apartments to the market, aligning with the social housing development strategy for the 2021-2030 period.

The project includes 5 blocks, each 15 stories high, with 1,558 apartments ranging from 34-73 square meters, and one 15-story commercial housing block with 360 apartments from 29-101 square meters. The total construction floor area exceeds 183,000 square meters, with a maximum building height of nearly 56 meters. Phuc Dat Ha Tinh Company Limited, a member of Phuc Dat Group, is the investor for this project.
