The S2 Voice Speaker was developed to address operational inconveniences for small stores and household businesses. The device notifies sellers immediately upon transaction completion, enabling quick payment confirmation and reducing risks from fraudulent transfer receipts. Additionally, its automated announcement feature allows users to record and play sales messages, promotions, or greetings, creating a dynamic business environment without the need for manual repetition.
Furthermore, the speaker integrates virtual account (VA) technology, which allows for separate fund management for each point of sale or employee under a single master bank account. The device also connects with more than 10 banks, ensuring direct transfers to the seller's account.

Currently, SePay provides payment speaker solutions to banks such as ABBank and VietinBank, serving over 50,000 customers within its ecosystem. In less than a month, SePay completed the entire process, from API connection to customizing speaker branding, to meet each bank's specific requirements.
Bui Tan Viet, SePay General Director, stated that the company participates in the entire deployment chain, from warehousing and packaging to warranty and technical support. This approach aims to reduce operational burdens for banking partners and shorten the time it takes to bring products to market.
The launch of the S2 Voice payment and announcement speaker expands SePay's product portfolio in financial technology. This initiative supports banks in increasing current account savings account (CASA) and strengthening engagement with the small business segment. The company also anticipates that its integrated solutions will make small business operations simpler and more efficient in the digital environment.
