PVCFC organizes series of appreciation programs for agents and partners

PVCFC hosts an appreciation event in Japan for partners, combining professional conferences to strengthen cooperation and enhance distribution system efficiency.

The "Journey to Prosperity - Japan 2025" program, held in November, recognized agents, distributors, and business partners who achieved excellent results domestically and in Cambodia. A company representative stated that these entities demonstrated outstanding sales performance, maintained stable cooperation, and met the company's annual award criteria.

The 6-day, 5-night trip took the delegation to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe, including visits to cultural sites such as Asakusa Kannon, Mount Fuji, Kinkakuji Temple, and Shinsaibashi Street. During the program, PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) hosted a 2025 review conference, where it updated support policies, shared new product strategies, and outlined plans to expand digital sales channels.

This event is part of an annual series of appreciation activities, demonstrating PVCFC's strategy to nurture, engage, and develop a sustainable distribution system. Prior to the Japan trip, the company organized tours and conferences in Canada, Europe, and other countries. The objective of these activities is to strengthen partner engagement, facilitate strategic exchanges, and reinforce the distribution system's strength.

This year, PVCFC also organized other appreciation trips, such as Canada 2025 and Europe, to acknowledge the contributions of leading partners in each region. Maintaining these programs reflects a commitment to building sustainable partnerships, where each agent is viewed as part of a shared growth ecosystem, not merely a sales channel.

These appreciation activities occur as PVCFC reports positive business results. In the first 10 months of the year, the company achieved consolidated revenue of over 14,265 billion VND, a 30% increase year-on-year and 20% above the annual target. Pre-tax profit reached 1,821 billion VND, a 45% increase and 164% above plan. These results are attributed to a professional distribution network of over 17,000 stores across 34 provinces and cities nationwide, key export markets in the region, and the collaboration of hundreds of strategic partners.

Alongside product development and market expansion, the company built a new partner cooperation model. In this model, each distributor acts as both a sales channel and a link in a shared growth ecosystem. This approach helps the company and its agents co-create value and expand market share. Built on nearly 15 years of partnership, PVCFC consistently strengthens its distribution system, viewing this as a crucial factor for sustained growth.

This year, the company implemented flexible promotional and appreciation programs based on sales, product groups, and regions, with a total budget exceeding 100 billion VND. The company also enhanced sales promotion activities, such as: technical workshops, POSM (Point of Sale Materials) sponsorship, product experience programs, and factory tours to help agents improve their reputation and competitiveness. Additionally, PVCFC accelerated digital transformation in distribution system management through the Ca Mau Fertilizer App, optimizing points accumulation, reward management, and online connections with experts and customers.

A company representative noted that these activities contribute to forming a transparent, synchronized, and sustainable distribution ecosystem, creating a foundation for sales growth and long-term competitiveness. With nearly 15 years of development, the company has established itself as a national brand in agriculture, present in over 20 countries. Based on stable product quality, flexible distribution policies, and comprehensive support services, PVCFC is gradually transitioning its business model from a fertilizer manufacturer to a comprehensive agricultural solutions provider.
