This year, the program gathered 20 candidates from 8 specialized fields, spanning from technical, technology, and production to finance, communications, and marketing, showcasing the depth of PVCFC's resources. The program's focus is to correctly identify outstanding personnel across the organization. Through in-depth interviews and project presentations, candidates had the opportunity to demonstrate their thinking, experience, and problem-solving approaches. Many proposals were highly applicable, showing potential for direct contributions to PVCFC's production management and business operations.
Conversely, the assessment councils provided objective and multifaceted professional feedback. Feedback identified current capabilities and outlined suitable development paths for each individual. This cultivates a proactive learning spirit, encouraging individuals to continuously improve their expertise and support the company's long-term goals. The interaction among candidates, councils, and support departments also creates a healthy professional exchange environment, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and building a "united in will, united in strength" spirit for PVCFC on its new journey.
