This initiative introduces the Ramp Offload and Load Supervision (ROLS) tool, a digital solution that replaces manual paper-based load instruction reports with a fully integrated process.
The system enables enhanced unit load device (ULD) checks, ensuring 100% reconciliation and real-time data transmission to load control. By reducing paperwork and improving accuracy, ROLS is expected to enhance aircraft turnaround efficiency and elevate flight operation quality.

Key features of the digitalization program include real-time loading confirmation, QR code scanning, service level agreement (SLA) monitoring, prevention of "tail tipping" – a phenomenon where an aircraft's tail tips to the ground due to imbalanced load during handling – and enhanced visibility on the ramp.
Mark Drusch, chief officer cargo, stated that digital transformation is not only a strategic priority but also a core mindset that helps the airline lead innovation in the air cargo industry. The program is part of the airline's broader "Digital Cargo Vision", which includes expanding e-booking, paperless air waybills, and automated warehousing solutions.
