The Lumias D6E series dehumidifier emerged as the top-selling product, making up approximately 80% of total orders. Other products, including air purifiers, pressure cookers, and induction cookers, also experienced positive growth. The company reported that the average customer spending for each Lumias order was between 2,5 and 4,5 million dong.
Sales data reveals that Lumias's core customer base comprises users aged 25 to 35, primarily located in major urban centers such as Ha Noi, TP HCM, and Da Nang. Demand for modern home appliances also increased considerably in regions affected by the humid season (mua nom), including Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, and Bac Ninh.

The company stated that these results highlight the professional e-commerce capabilities of the Lumias development team in Vietnam. Coordinated efforts in storefront optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional programs were instrumental in effectively reaching the target customer segment.
A company representative stated that Lumias's product development philosophy centers on optimizing features and utility, while balancing quality, design, and price. Lumias is a home appliance brand under Hop Long Technology Joint Stock Company. The brand was initially registered in Korea and exclusively distributed by Hop Long in Vietnam. Hop Long finalized its ownership of the Lumias brand by late 2025.
Lumias's product portfolio encompasses over 7 categories, featuring approximately 200 products, including: air care devices, kitchen appliances, and healthcare equipment. During the peak of the humid season (nom am) following Tet, the distribution system sold nearly 5,000 Lumias dehumidifiers in a single day. This trend indicates a rising consumer emphasis on controlling air humidity in apartments and urban living environments.
