Recognizing the growing demand for affordable meals among office workers, a key user group on its platform, ShopeeFood has launched the "Eat well for less" program. This program showcases a selection of dishes priced at 30,000 VND or less from restaurants within a 3 km radius, optimizing free delivery for users and enhancing the delivery experience with reasonable distances.
According to a ShopeeFood representative, this solution caters to busy users while also helping nearby restaurants effectively reach a large customer base, including students and apartment residents, who frequently order food but are often budget-conscious. This allows partners to achieve stable order growth and build long-term customer loyalty.

Inspired by deal-hunting on e-commerce platforms, the "Deal boss" program introduces a new "buy now, use later" experience. It allows users to collect daily deals on food with discounts of up to 50% and use them flexibly in the following days. While the usage period varies by restaurant, ShopeeFood ensures users have at least two days to redeem their collected deals.
This program not only offers a new consumption method and helps users plan their meals economically but also serves as an effective demand stimulation tool for restaurants, according to the ShopeeFood representative. Through prioritized display and integration with livestreams, the program increases reach, improves conversion rates, and attracts new customers.
"The development of these new features is not just a short-term campaign but a strategic step reflecting ShopeeFood's long-term focus on market needs and creating a sustainable growth platform for our partners," the representative added.
By understanding actual consumer needs, ShopeeFood regularly implements creative and flexible solutions tailored to each stage of a restaurant partner's development. This commitment was evident at the recent "ShopeeFood Restaurant and Partner Recognition Conference 2025" held in Ho Chi Minh City, attended by over 200 partners nationwide.
With the theme "Sustainable Partnership," the event served as a platform for the online food delivery platform to share its future development direction and recognize outstanding partners. 32 restaurants and brands were honored across 19 award categories, demonstrating the effective and long-term cooperative relationship between the platform and its partners.
One notable partner is Starbucks Coffee Vietnam, which has collaborated with the platform for six consecutive years, achieving double-digit order growth annually. Nguyen Bao Tram, Director of Business Development & Marketing at Starbucks Vietnam, noted the significant impact of programs like "Deal boss" and "Flash sale".
"In particular, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning on the platform provides deeper insights into user behavior. This allows Starbucks to personalize products and implement suitable promotions, enhancing the customer experience," Tram shared.

Recognizing the user habit of ordering beverages with meals, the two parties implemented a "3 Win" strategy, benefiting Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam, restaurant partners, and ShopeeFood simultaneously.
