At Hall A, booth 1M01, Siruba will present products featuring new technologies for the textile and garment industry.
Electronic machines
Siruba's electronic machine lines are designed to meet businesses' flexible production needs. With intelligent control systems, these machines allow for parameter setup and switching, which shortens the time required to change production codes on the line, standardizes sewing processes, and reduces inconsistencies among workers. According to the company, this equipment enables factories to operate flexibly with order sizes ranging from small to large.

The company will also introduce many electronic sewing machines for various stages of the production line. Notable among these are the four-thread electronic overlock machines, including models 747N/SCT, 747N/SCF, 747N/ECA-U/BKT, 747N/ECA-U/DCM, and 647N. These machine lines incorporate intelligent control technology.
Additionally, the VC008N/VUT (23-needle electronic machine), DL9000P-BM1-16Q (one-needle electronic machine), and C007N/CH/UTM (electronic coverstitch machine) offer precise technical solutions for many specialized operations. "The combination of Siruba's characteristic durability and electronic control technology helps factories maintain stable performance while quickly adapting to the market's flexible production requirements," a company representative said.
Automated solutions
In addition to electronic machines, automating individual production stages is also becoming a key trend for many factories facing labor shortages and rising operating costs.

At SaigonTex and SaigonFabric 2026, the company will introduce automated systems for crucial stages in garment production, such as hemming, waistband attachment, and elastic band joining. The company states that models ASC-TBH300, ASC-EWA100, and ASP-EBJ502-U, when implemented together on the same line, help standardize processes, reduce operational errors, and maintain quality in mass production.
"Instead of relying entirely on worker skill, these solutions allow machines to handle most of the sewing cycle, while operators primarily perform loading and unloading of products," the representative said.

Furthermore, large-format programmable pattern sewing machines also enhance efficiency for complex sewing details. Automating programmable sewing operations increases accuracy, shortens production time, and ensures product consistency.
The technologies Siruba will introduce at the exhibition aim to help businesses gradually build smart factory models.

Through electronic control, cycle-based automation, and data connectivity, these machines can track production output and send reports directly to phones or management systems. This allows businesses to monitor the status of their sewing lines remotely without manual compilation. Managers can also assess operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and make timely adjustments.
Significantly, these technologies can be implemented partially or synchronously across entire production lines, accommodating various investment scales.
