An LH Legal representative stated that assembling experts with extensive experience in the court system helps the firm develop in-depth capabilities amidst surging demand for high-quality legal services. "Many large corporations and banks now require more than just resolving a specific dispute; they also demand early risk identification, comprehensive legal strategy development, and protection of interests in sensitive situations," the representative added.
LH Legal is developing a proactive legal partnership model, engaging with clients from an early stage. Instead of only appearing when conflicts arise, the legal team participates from document review and legal strategy formulation to internal dispute resolution and working with authorities. Strengthening its team of senior partner lawyers reinforces the firm's position in the specialized segment, where clients demand a blend of strategic thinking and practical experience.
Le Nguyen Hoa, Managing Director of LH Legal, shared that the firm's core value is its ability to support clients during the most high-pressure management phases. According to Hoa, in sensitive cases, clients require a team capable of perceiving the essence of issues from various angles and exercising high professional prudence. "Inviting experienced adjudicators to join is a strategic addition," Hoa affirmed.
Hoa further noted that for credit institutions and foreign investors, having a consulting firm that understands the legal operations of both businesses and the judicial system is a key factor. Focusing on team quality rather than mere expansion is a significant milestone in LH Legal's journey toward standardized and substantive development.
