The year 2025 marked a new milestone for STH Holdings Joint Stock Company (stock code: STH) after its General Meeting of Shareholders approved a multi-industry development strategy. The industrial real estate sector was a particular highlight, driving the company to its highest quarterly profit to date.
According to the company's consolidated financial report, in the fourth quarter of 2025, STH Holdings' revenue reached 254,8 billion dong, an increase of nearly 27 times compared to the same period in 2024. After-tax profit for the same period reached 70,4 billion dong. Last year, the company's earnings per share (EPS) reached 1.943 dong, an increase of 29,4 times compared to 66 dong in 2024. This indicator reflects the growth in profit per share following the restructuring phase.
The primary driver came from the industrial real estate segment after STH Holdings completed its acquisition of a 51% stake in Le Premium Joint Stock Company by the end of the third quarter. The consolidation of this entity's business results significantly boosted revenue and profit in the final months of the year. The Hanh Phuc - Xuan Phuong industrial cluster project, one of the key projects unveiled to commemorate the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress, also played a crucial role.

Concurrently, the scale of assets also expanded significantly. As of 31/12/2025, total consolidated assets reached 1.387 billion dong, 6,5 times higher than at the beginning of the year. The increase primarily stemmed from the consolidation of key industrial park projects, including the Hanh Phuc - Xuan Phuong industrial cluster. The company stated it had thoroughly prepared resources to adhere to its strategic direction and aim for sustainable growth.
