The memorandum of understanding was signed on the evening of 14/4, during the official visit and working trip of a high-level Vietnamese delegation to China.
The cooperation, spanning 2026-2031, focuses on implementing building information modeling (BIM) technologies and architectural and interior design solutions for key national projects in Vietnam. Gold Mantis will be a strategic partner to Sun Group for interior decoration of facilities supporting the APEC 2027 Summit in Phu Quoc, a project Sun Group is currently accelerating.

Gold Mantis adheres to a design philosophy emphasizing green, clean, and healthy interiors that are environmentally friendly. The company will apply its extensive experience in architectural and interior design and construction to specialized areas such as airports, theaters, high-end hotels, and convention centers, specifically for projects Sun Group is developing in Phu Quoc.
Dang Minh Truong, Chairman of Sun Group's Board of Directors, highlighted the shared vision for developing sustainable projects between the two companies. "This cooperation with global partner Gold Mantis also provides an opportunity for our team to acquire modern construction technology, master processes, and enhance the position of Vietnamese construction businesses in the global value chain," he stated.
