The series of events, themed "Connecting Values, Creating a New Era," was held in Vung Tau on 27/3 and Sapa on 2/4. The program attracted over 350 delegates, representing distributors and agents nationwide. A representative from Kalpen Vietnam stated that the conference series, held in two distinct locations, aimed to foster bilateral exchange and experience sharing. The Sapa program emphasized local cultural elements, while the Vung Tau conference offered a luxurious, warm atmosphere. Despite the two venues, the overarching message focused on building shared value between the company and its distribution network.
Beyond networking, the conference served as a forum for dialogue between the company and its distribution system. Here, Kalpen Vietnam updated its future development strategies, continuing to prioritize product quality.

Speaking at the event, Do Truong Khanh, Senior Strategic Advisor for Kalpen Vietnam, stated that the company aims to combine quality standards with suitability for domestic use. Kalpen will continue to develop its product and service ecosystem with a customer-centric approach, while maintaining transparency in its operations.
Khanh added that some products have achieved international certifications like TÜV Rheinland (Germany) and SGS Switzerland. These certifications serve as a foundation for the company to further improve products, enhance user experience, and optimize operations moving forward.

Partners offered various insights regarding local business realities. Discussions focused on sales policies, support capabilities, and coordination levels during operations. Several representatives noted that clear policies, responsiveness, and proactive company support were key factors in maintaining cooperation.

According to Vu Minh Tuan, General Director of Kalpen Vietnam, by the end of Quarter I/2026, the company had partnered with over 40 strategic distributors and established a network of more than 3,000 agents and sales points nationwide. The company plans to expand its scale while enhancing the quality of its distribution system. Support, training, and business partnership activities will be implemented to foster long-term, stable cooperation with partners.
