Sun Group unveils Sun Signature membership program

Comprising five card tiers, Sun Signature allows customers to earn points and enjoy various benefits across aviation, hospitality, entertainment, healthcare, real estate, and finance, effective 13/6.

Sun Signature is Sun Group's first and unique integrated loyalty program, developed on the Amadeus platform, a leading global provider of aviation, tourism, and loyalty solutions. The program carries the message "One Mark - Myriad Privileges", enabling customers to accumulate reward points and enjoy exclusive benefits across the entire ecosystem.

According to Sun Group, the Amadeus platform is known as the "Ferrari of global loyalty systems". Choosing this premier technology platform demonstrates the company's long-term investment strategy, ensuring customers receive benefits, recognition, and continuous care throughout their experience. With this vision, Sun Signature offers distinct privileges, aiming to become an icon of sophisticated living for its premium member community.

With five card tiers: Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Infinity, Sun Signature members will hold two types of points: tier points and reward points. Tier points determine membership level, while reward points can be redeemed for products, services, and offers within the ecosystem.

Members can use points to book flights, enjoy stays at luxury hotels and resorts, experience entertainment services at Sun World, or utilize healthcare and wellness packages. This mechanism ensures accumulated value is not confined to individual products but is seamlessly connected throughout the customer's entire experience journey. Currently, the point accumulation mechanism applies primarily to flights directly operated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways and to customers owning real estate within the Sun Property ecosystem.

Beyond point accumulation, members gain access to a wide range of privileges. In aviation, Sun Signature members can convert accumulated value from Sun PhuQuoc Airways into practical experiences, including: redeeming reward tickets for future journeys, utilizing baggage services, selecting preferred seats, or converting points into integrated offers within the Sun Group ecosystem.

For Platinum and Infinity tier members, Sun PhuQuoc Airways designs an elevated experience starting from the moment passengers arrive at the airport. A comprehensive priority service system, from check-in counters and security screening to boarding gates, ensures a fast, private, and convenient journey. Before departure, members can enjoy a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere at the Sun Executive Lounge. This privilege can also be extended to accompanying family members.

At Sun Group hotels and resorts, including InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, New World Phu Quoc Resort, La Festa Phu Quoc, and Serena Resort Kim Boi, members receive benefits such as: room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, and specific offers tailored to each membership tier. For golf enthusiasts and those with a luxurious lifestyle, Sun Signature provides various privileges at Sun Group golf courses. Members enjoy preferential rates on green fees, dining services, and golf accessory purchases at Ba Na Hills Golf Club and Eschuri Vung Bau, with discounts customized for each membership tier.

Meanwhile, at Sun World complexes nationwide, customers can use reward points to receive discounts: up to 10% on cable car tickets, up to 20% on dining services, up to 30% on shows, and notably, up to 50% on the Wow Pass. These offers significantly reduce waiting times at entertainment complexes.

Concurrently, Sun Group, in partnership with its strategic partner, National Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB), has developed the NCB Visa Sun Signature co-branded card exclusively for Platinum and Infinity tier members. This product integrates Sun Signature membership benefits with an NCB credit card, allowing customers to enjoy "multi-in-one" privileges from both the Sun Group ecosystem and the bank.

In addition to Sun Signature privileges, cardholders also receive financial benefits such as: 25% cashback on total accumulated spending across all categories within the first 30 days of card opening, up to 1 million dong; interest rates from 0% for Sun PhuQuoc Airways transactions; a preferential foreign currency conversion fee of only 1,1%; and various exclusive promotions from NCB.

According to a Sun Group representative, combining a loyalty program and financial solutions within a single co-branded product offers greater convenience for customers. The program also contributes to completing the "loyalty ecosystem" model that Sun Group is pursuing, where customers not only use services but are also understood, valued, and receive personalized privileges within a seamlessly connected ecosystem.

Starting today, customers can register for membership on the program's official website or the Sun PhuQuoc Airways application. In the future, Sun Signature will continue to expand to other digital platforms within the Sun Group ecosystem.
