TAPA FSR (Facility Security Requirements) is a leading international standard for supply chain facility security, widely recognized by multinational corporations, logistics companies, and carriers worldwide. This standard sets strict requirements for security control, risk management, and cargo protection throughout storage, handling, and transportation processes.
As global supply chains increasingly prioritize security, transparency, and operational management capabilities, TAPA FSR has become a crucial reference standard. It helps businesses enhance their reputation, meet international operational requirements, and expand cooperation opportunities with global partners.
Class A certification is only granted to facilities handling high-value and security-sensitive goods, requiring advanced control measures for perimeter security, access management, and operational governance.
Vietnam SuperPort is a multimodal logistics port spanning 83 hectares in Phu Tho, developed by T&T Group, led by businessman Do Quang Hien ("Bau Hien"), and YCH Group (Singapore). It is the first "super port" of the ASEAN Smart Logistics Network (ASLN), aiming to become a modern logistics hub meeting international standards. This will foster cross-border trade and strengthen Vietnam's connectivity with regional and global networks.

Beyond multimodal infrastructure, Vietnam SuperPort develops an integrated digital logistics ecosystem based on an all-in-one model. It applies artificial intelligence (AI) and real-time data to connect logistics, business data, payments, and financial services on a single platform. This approach enables businesses to reduce costs, optimize cash flow, and enhance operational efficiency.
Mai Xuan Son, General Director of T&T Group, stated that Vietnam SuperPort's achievement of TAPA FSR Class A certification, making it one of the few Vietnamese enterprises to do so, affirms its security and risk management capabilities according to international standards. Simultaneously, it boosts global partners' confidence in Vietnam's logistics capabilities. These advancements align with the national directive to promote science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation under Resolution 57 of the Politburo, as well as the trend of cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore in technology and economic connectivity.
Dr. Yap Kwong Weng, CEO of Vietnam SuperPort, emphasized that achieving TAPA FSR Class A certification marks a significant milestone in Vietnam SuperPort's development journey.
"This certification not only confirms our operational capacity but also demonstrates our long-term commitment to supporting Vietnam's journey to enhance its logistics competitiveness," he added.
