Techcombank launches T-Shop sales management application

Techcombank introduces the T-Shop application, supporting household businesses and retail enterprises in managing sales, issuing invoices, and filing taxes via mobile phones, while offering free usage for five years.

T-Shop is a platform developed by Techcombank in collaboration with One Mount Group and FPT IS to support household businesses. Users can register for T-Shop in approximately two minutes. Once registered, household businesses can perform various operations directly from their phones, including setting up menus, managing employees, making sales, applying promotions, and tracking real-time revenue. Continuous data updates allow store owners to monitor business activities even when they are not physically present.

A bank representative stated that the solution is built on two specialized platforms: Techcombank Mobile, which manages finances, allows online account opening for household businesses, and can be used within two hours; and T-Shop, an operational application that supports sales, order management, electronic invoice issuance, and revenue tracking. This separation of cash flow and seamless business management is all available on a mobile phone.

The integration of these two platforms creates a comprehensive process, from account opening and receiving payments to sales and business management, all within one application, replacing the need for multiple disparate tools previously used.

T-Shop collaborates with reputable partners such as Cenvi and Bao Tin to provide complimentary in-depth consulting packages. These packages include assistance in connecting bank accounts with Etax Mobile and a service package valued at up to VND 7,5 million for business establishment and tax reporting procedures. This initiative offers optimal support for small business owners, helping them navigate complex tax issues and ensure legal compliance.

Beyond its management functions, T-Shop integrates sales support tools through ShopDeals and Food Delivery services within the Techcombank ecosystem and the OneU platform. Users can create promotional vouchers, open online stores, and access the bank's customer base.

The application also supports diverse payment methods, including QR, bank transfers, and SoftPOS, which allows a mobile phone to function as a card acceptance device.

To mark the launch of the new application, Techcombank is offering five years of free software usage, 5,000 complimentary electronic invoices, and one year of free digital signature use to customers. The system also enables automatic invoice generation immediately after customer payment or according to a set schedule.

Hoang Trong Hieu, Senior Director of Credit Solutions Development at Techcombank, noted that with its technological advantages, ecosystem, and extensive partners, the bank aims to integrate technology and financial solutions, along with Techcombank ecosystem benefits, into daily life to support household businesses. "With the T-Shop sales application, all vendors can manage their shops professionally, like a corporation, without incurring costs and with extremely easy operations. We expect this to be a launchpad for small businesses to grow, enhance their internal strength, and achieve sustainable development," Hieu shared.
