Techcombank rolls out offers for 'Gai Con' ahead of Gai Home Concert

Techcombank is offering a 12% discount on tickets, U-Point refunds, and a series of exclusive benefits for its loyal customer program members and 'Gai Con' fans in anticipation of the Gai Home Concert, scheduled for 26/4.

Loyalty program members of Techcombank will receive a 12% discount on concert tickets. Additionally, all related payment transactions will earn U-Point refunds.

For convenient travel to the concert, fans can use their U-Points to book Green SM rides via the digital banking app or OneU, ensuring smoother post-event transportation amidst crowds. Furthermore, these reward points can be redeemed for dining vouchers or used for direct payment at popular brands like KichiKichi, Manwah, Gogi (Golden Gate), Starbucks, Highlands, and Phuc Long, allowing attendees to enjoy a meal after the concert.

U-Points also extend to online shopping, enabling users to prepare outfits or purchase related merchandise before and after the event. This expanded utility ensures that the reward points enhance the overall consumer experience beyond just ticket discounts.

Beyond event-specific promotions, Techcombank encourages customers to accumulate U-Points through daily financial transactions such as QR payments, bill payments, card spending, or utilizing deposit products. Inspire, Priority, and Private tier members can receive up to a 15% point refund, depending on the transaction.

Accumulated points offer flexible redemption options for various vouchers, spanning dining, shopping, travel, and entertainment, thereby broadening their value within the service ecosystem.

Previously, Techcombank partnered with the "Anh trai vuot ngan chong gai 2024" concert series. This collaboration enhanced the experience at various performances, improving everything from organizational scale to stage quality and ancillary activities.

During previous ticket sales, some customers also had the opportunity to receive tickets by using Techcombank Sinh Loi Tu Dong products, making savings deposits, or transacting on the Techcombank Mobile digital banking app. Notably, Private and Priority members received complimentary VIP area tickets from the bank.

A Techcombank representative stated that the offers are designed to support customers throughout their entire experience – before, during, and after the event – rather than focusing solely on a specific moment.

For more information on accumulating and spending U-Points, readers can refer to Techcombank's official channels.
