Unlike many fintech platforms currently focusing on e-wallets or payments, TNEX Finance is building a comprehensive digital finance platform. It aims to create a seamless experience by integrating personal finance services like consumer loans, smart savings, and expense management into a single application. These features operate on a technology platform using artificial intelligence (AI) and big data to optimize the user experience, simplify processes, and manage risk.
By the end of Quarter II/2025, TNEX Finance had served over 2.2 million individual customers, primarily young people, online shop owners, and freelancers. Each month, the company processes hundreds of thousands of loan applications through a fully digitized process. This includes electronic know-your-customer (eKYC), credit checks, and disbursement, all done through a mobile phone in approximately two minutes without requiring in-person meetings.
"We are not only focused on expanding market share but also on redefining the digital finance experience for Vietnamese people," said Nguyen The Minh, CEO of TNEX Finance. "Leveraging advanced technology to enhance the customer experience is a strategic step toward creating comprehensive, accessible, and transparent digital financial solutions, reaffirming TNEX Finance's customer-centric commitment."

The current market conditions are considered favorable for fintech companies to accelerate their development. According to a report by IMARC Group, the Vietnamese fintech market reached approximately 16.9 billion USD by the end of 2024 and is projected to increase to 62.7 billion USD by 2033, with an average annual growth rate of 14.2%. Vietnam currently has around 84 million smartphone users and 79 million internet users, with over 85% of the population trending toward cashless transactions.
Based on this potential, TNEX Finance states it will continue expanding collaborations with digital platforms to complete its digital financial ecosystem designed specifically for Vietnamese people – where all transactions can be conducted easily, quickly, and securely with just a few taps on a phone.
