The digital banking application serves as a smart financial assistant, offering over 2,000 utilities during the peak year-end period. Users can perform various tasks on this single platform: transfer money, make payments, manage cards, track spending, send greeting cards, save money, get online cash advances, shop online, transfer money internationally, and plan personal finances.

The bank is also promoting features such as ChatPay and Paste to Pay. These allow users to transfer money directly within a chat interface or copy payment information to complete transactions. The system leverages AI technology for data recognition and rapid transaction processing, minimizing manual steps for users.
Beyond digital platforms, TPBank offers year-end promotion programs across various product categories. These promotions are regularly updated on the App and apply to card spending, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel. This approach allows customers to easily monitor and select promotions that match their holiday spending needs.
