Trane Technologies expands refrigerated transport brand

Trane Technologies has completed the acquisition of CSTK, a long-standing Thermo King dealer, strengthening cold supply chain services in the Northeast and Central United States.

The acquired entity will integrate into the Thermo King Americas system, operating as a wholly-owned company.

CSTK operates 10 facilities with over 200 employees, providing temperature-controlled solutions for refrigerated transport under the Thermo King brand. Following the merger, CSTK will continue to serve customers with installation, maintenance, repair services, service contracts, and telematics solutions for temperature-sensitive goods.

Adam Wittwer, President of Thermo King Americas, stated that this acquisition brings the company closer to customers in key US markets while enhancing its ability to deliver quality services that customers rely on daily.

"CSTK has built a strong reputation over decades with a service-centric approach," Wittwer emphasized. "We are pleased to welcome their experienced team to Thermo King Americas. Together, we anticipate opening numerous growth opportunities and further solidifying Thermo King's leadership in temperature-controlled transport."
