UOB Vietnam partners with Park Hyatt Saigon to expand premium services

UOB Vietnam and Park Hyatt Saigon signed a cooperation agreement on 16/7, offering exclusive accommodation and high-end culinary privileges, expanding the experience ecosystem for customers.

UOB Vietnam has partnered with Park Hyatt Saigon to enhance its premium service offerings, aiming to create memorable experiences for customers. The collaboration, signed on 16/7, will provide UOB customers with access to tailored privileges at Park Hyatt Saigon.

These exclusive benefits include special accommodation rates, curated dining experiences, partner lunches, and afternoon tea. The partnership also features quarterly programs and personalized privileges. Both entities will jointly organize unique events, activities, and programs specifically for their premium customer segments.

Speaking at the ceremony, Paul Kim, Head of Personal Financial Services, UOB Vietnam, highlighted the bank's continuous efforts to expand its partner network. This expansion aims to deliver greater value to customers. He noted that as the market evolves, consumer expectations are also increasing, driving UOB to continuously expand and enhance its services beyond traditional financial products.

According to Kim, today's customers seek experiences that create lasting memories with family, friends, or partners, rather than merely transactional value. "That is why we chose Park Hyatt Saigon – a place that combines international service standards with local essence – to co-create unforgettable experiences for our customers", he stated.

This partnership also aligns with UOB's strategy of building a premium partner ecosystem. Earlier, UOB became a global partner for MICHELIN Guide Hotels 2025, providing exclusive benefits at over 20 prestigious hotels worldwide that hold one, two, or three Michelin Keys.

In Vietnam, Park Hyatt Saigon is currently the only hotel in central TP HCM to be awarded one of these "keys". Through the UOB TMRW app, the hotel will be introduced to 8,5 million UOB customers across ASEAN markets. This initiative will promote TP HCM as a destination and its unique experiences to international visitors in the region.

Sebastian Kern, Deputy General Manager of Park Hyatt Saigon, observed a significant shift in the perception of luxury service in recent years. He explained that customers no longer evaluate quality based on products or extravagance. Instead, they expect personalized experiences that suit their lifestyle and have the ability to create long-lasting memories.

"The core lies not in offering more services, but in understanding each customer to deliver natural and seamless experiences. The alignment in our service philosophy is why we chose to partner with UOB", Kern added.

Both brands are committed to building long-term relationships with customers through consistent service quality and personalization. Beyond accommodation offers, the collaboration extends to culinary and lifestyle experiences developed by Park Hyatt Saigon. These include programs such as Masters of Food & Wine, Passion Week, events with international chefs and bartenders, and invitation-only experiences.

UOB also announced plans to further expand its partner ecosystem in the travel, culinary, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors. This expansion will leverage its ASEAN regional network and global partners to provide more exclusive, personalized experiences for customers.
