V-Green will leverage approximately 16,000 EVN Hanoi power station locations for these installations. The collaboration also includes a pilot program for installing electric vehicle battery swap cabinets at substations, electrical cabinets, and power poles in suitable Hanoi locations. EVN Hanoi's role involves supplying power, direct electricity sales contracts for the stations and cabinets, and offering comprehensive services including design consulting, supervision, construction, and maintenance of the electrical system. V-Green is responsible for investing in the battery swap cabinet system and related infrastructure, ensuring all technical and safety standards are met.
Nguyen Anh Tuan, general director of EVN Hanoi, emphasized the corporation's commitment to social responsibility through this partnership. "EVN Hanoi is committed to providing stable, safe power supply and consulting, construction, and maintenance services for V-Green's charging stations and battery swap cabinets across the capital," he stated, highlighting their role in fostering green transportation.

Nguyen Duc Vinh, deputy general director of V-Green, described the agreement as a strategic advancement for the company in expanding its charging infrastructure. He noted that the deployment of up to 10,000 battery swap cabinets will offer greater convenience for VinFast electric motorbike users in Hanoi. "This initiative will contribute to reduced emissions and a cleaner environment," Vinh added.
V-Green has actively expanded its network nationwide by partnering with major enterprises such as Vietnam Post, VNPT, PV Oil, and retail chains like MediaMart, The Gioi Di Dong, and FPT Shop. The company plans to complete the deployment of 60,000 battery swap cabinets across the country by Q2 this year, further solidifying its presence in the electric vehicle infrastructure market.
