VCRE recognized among 'best companies to work for in Asia 2026'

Ban Viet real estate developer (VCRE) has been honored for the first time by HR Asia magazine on its list of "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026".

The HR Asia Awards were announced on the evening of 9/7 in TP HCM, following an assessment process based on criteria including corporate culture, employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and work environment.

According to HR Asia, businesses are scored across ba criteria groups: Core (evaluating culture, governance, and leadership capabilities), Self (measuring employee engagement and pride), and Group (assessing team cooperation within the organization).

Vo Thanh Lam, general director of VCRE, stated that the award marks a significant milestone, reflecting their efforts to enhance the work environment. The company has consistently maintained competitive income and remuneration policies. Health check-ups, academic achievement awards, and welfare visits are regularly provided. The company also sponsors employees for training courses and professional development, ensuring clear career progression paths. Additionally, employees enjoy vacation programs, travel, and team-building activities.

Lam emphasized that the company prioritizes in-depth human development, fostering understanding and cohesion over pursuing scale or short-term goals. The award from HR Asia is seen as recognition of this strategic direction.

VCRE affirmed its continued investment in the work environment by improving policies related to income, rewards, healthcare, training, career development, and overall employee benefits.

VCRE has operated for over 19 years in the boutique real estate development sector, focusing on unique designs and personalized experiences rather than large scale. According to the company, the "boutique" philosophy in product development is reflected both in its limited scale and a selective approach that values personalization to create distinct identities.

"For us, the boutique spirit is present not only in each project but also in how we build an environment where every individual can strive for sustainable values," said Vo Thanh Lam.

Established in 2007, VCRE currently employs around 100 staff. The company has developed dozens of residential, commercial, and resort real estate projects in major cities. Notable projects include Nobu Danang (Da Nang), Nobu Saigon (TP HCM), The Westique residences (TP HCM), and The Shells (Phu Quoc).

"Best Companies to Work for in Asia" is an annual list published by HR Asia. Award ceremonies are held in various countries including Cambodia, Trung Quoc, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Last year, 119 businesses operating in Vietnam made it onto this list.
