According to the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM), Vietnam currently has about 5 million business households, playing a key role in the economy's trade and service activities. However, technology adoption in management remains limited. Many stores still operate manually or use disconnected tools, lacking integration between sales, cash flow, and tax compliance.
Meanwhile, regulations related to e-invoicing and tax declaration are increasingly standardized, compelling many business households to gradually change their operating methods.
Against this backdrop, on 16/3, VietABank organized the workshop "Solutions to Support Business Households on Their Digital Transformation Journey" to share information, update new tax regulations, and introduce technology tools that can help business households operate more efficiently.

During the event, the bank launched ezShop, a solution developed to be a "digital assistant" for business households. Users can monitor sales, manage inventory, and cash flow, while also utilizing services such as e-invoicing, digital signatures, accounting software, tax reporting, and tax filing on a single platform. This solution helps business households track revenue, expenses, and tax obligations synchronously, eliminating the need for multiple separate software applications.

Beyond sales management tools, ezShop also connects directly to VietABank's financial services ecosystem. Users can open payment accounts directly within the application and receive payments from customers via QR codes.
Notably, the platform supports a real-time transaction notification speaker device. When a customer successfully transfers funds, the system immediately broadcasts an alert, helping store owners quickly confirm payments, minimize errors, and enhance the sales experience during peak hours.
A VietABank representative stated that the application is designed with a user-friendly interface and simple operations, making it suitable for users with limited technology experience and ensuring easy access and use.

To mark the launch, VietABank is running a promotional program, "Steadfast Partnership - Revenue Creation", offering 5,000 packages of store management software, digital signatures, and e-invoices to business households registering for ezShop. Additionally, the first 1,111 customers will receive a payment speaker, with the offer valid until 30/6.
Under the Personal Income Tax Law (amended 2025), business households with annual revenue of 500 million dong or more are subject to tax payment. Nevertheless, tax declaration remains a mandatory obligation for all business households, enabling regulatory agencies to understand actual business operations and ensure transparency and fairness in tax compliance.
Given that many business households, particularly those newly transitioning from lump-sum tax schemes, face difficulties with declarations, technology solutions are seen as effective tools to simplify procedures. The bank anticipates ezShop will become a trusted companion for business households, making the process of fulfilling financial obligations more convenient.
