SGC Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (SGC), Vingroup's specialized unit for infrastructure and railway construction, announced the recruitment of 25,000 personnel. These positions are for two railway lines, Hanoi - Quang Ninh and Ben Thanh - Can Gio, along with other large-scale foundation and bored pile projects. Specifically, 15,000 high-skilled personnel are sought for 500 bored pile drilling lines and road tunnel infrastructure, while 10,000 personnel will support the two high-speed railway lines connecting Hanoi - Quang Ninh and Ben Thanh - Can Gio.

For workers and machine operators, candidates need one to two years of experience in related fields and certifications for operating specialized machinery and equipment. They must also possess good health and a disciplined work ethic. SGC will provide direct training and issue certifications as required for those without prior experience.

Engineers applying for positions must have at least two to three years of experience and hold degrees in construction, transportation, or related fields from relevant universities or academies. Additionally, they need professional certifications for supervision consulting, project management, and construction of traffic infrastructure (grade two or higher).

Alongside the recruitment requirements, SGC offers competitive income levels for each position. Engineers can expect salaries of 30-55 million VND per month, workers 22-29 million VND per month, and drivers and machine operators 16-65 million VND per month. Salaries will be paid on time, with regular disbursements on the last day of each month. During waiting periods, personnel will still receive 100% of their basic salary as stipulated. For inexperienced candidates, SGC will organize professional training combined with direct on-site internships, ensuring employees quickly adapt to the work environment and progressively enhance their skills.

Regarding benefits, upon joining SGC, employees will participate in social, health, unemployment, and 24/7 occupational accident insurance. They will also receive annual leave and Tet (Lunar New Year) gifts. The company will provide uniforms and personal protective equipment, offer air-conditioned dormitories, three nutritious meals daily, and support transportation from dormitories to construction sites.
