The Korea Consumer Awards recognizes brands highly regarded by Korean consumers, based on customer surveys and expert panel evaluations. Organizers stated that this year's accolades acknowledge Vietjet's commitment to providing flexible flight options, an extensive route network, and services that cater to diverse passenger needs.
Since launching operations in the Korean market in 2014, Vietjet has transported over 15 million passengers between Vietnam and Korea. The airline currently operates 11 direct routes connecting Seoul (Incheon) and Busan with: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, and Hai Phong. These routes actively promote tourism, trade, investment, and cultural exchange between the two nations. The airline plans to introduce additional flight options to Europe from October this year.
As a new-generation airline, Vietjet operates on a hybrid model, combining reasonable costs with diverse services. Passengers can choose from Eco, Deluxe, SkyBoss, and Business class tickets, designed to meet a range of travel preferences.

Vietjet prioritizes the in-flight experience, offering a hot meal menu with Vietnamese and international flavors, including pho, banh mi, and iced milk coffee. The airline's modern, fuel-efficient fleet and on-board cultural and artistic programs are key elements aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
Beyond its services, Vietjet pursues an innovation and sustainable development strategy through digital transformation initiatives. This aligns with the broader sustainable development goals of the aviation industry.
Prior to KCA 2026, Vietjet earned titles such as "Trusted Airline" at KCA 2025, "Most Loved Brand by Korean Consumers", and "Best Brand for Customers in Korea" in 2023. The airline has also received multiple international recognitions from organizations like Skytrax, World Business Outlook, and AirlineRatings.
