Quotation dossiers must include a price list with full company information, the representative's name, address, the bidding company's seal, and clearly state the quotation's validity period. Quoted prices must be inclusive of all related taxes, fees, and charges.

Businesses meeting technical requirements and interested parties can submit quotations within the specified timeframe for consideration.

Quotation dossiers can be submitted via one of the following methods:

- Direct submission or by post to: VnExpress newspaper, 10th floor, Tower A, FPT Tower, 10 Pham Van Bach street, Cau Giay ward, Ha Noi.

- Or send a scanned copy of the dossier via email: hanhchinh@vnexpress.net

The quotation submission period is from 8h on 29/7 until before 17h on 14/8. Quotations submitted after this deadline will not be considered. Quotations must be valid for at least 15 days from 29/7. Details of the office supplies list can be viewed here.
