VnExpress is seeking insurance service providers in Vietnam to submit quotes for a health care insurance package intended for its officials and employees in 2026.

The submission period for quotes is from 8:00 a.m. on 7/1 until 5:00 p.m. on 8/1. Submissions received after this time will not be considered. Quotes must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days from 7/1.

Interested parties should submit a comprehensive dossier. This must include: a quotation clearly stating company information, stamped as required; and a clear indication of the quote's validity period. The proposed price must encompass all applicable taxes, fees, and charges. Specific insurance benefits are detailed in the accompanying appendix.

This request for quotes serves as a reference to help VnExpress develop its procurement estimate for the 2026 planning year.
