VNPT, in provinces and cities nationwide, is collaborating with tax authorities to launch support initiatives and comprehensive partnerships with business households. This effort aims to assist the tax sector with its "60-day peak plan to transition from lump-sum to declaration-based tax management for business households," running from 1/11 to 30/12.
During this 60-day period, local VNPT teams will work with tax officers, visiting businesses to offer direct support and guidance. Technical staff will be available to address issues concerning invoices, digital signatures, software, or tax declarations. This ensures business households, even those less tech-savvy, can fulfill tax obligations transparently and conveniently.
"VNPT and the tax agency assist business households in making a smooth and confident transition to the digital environment," a company representative stated. "This includes explaining the benefits of the declaration model, guiding registration, providing training, and supporting software installation."

VNPT also offers practical support through its VNPT HKD sales software solution. This software integrates sales management, accounting, inventory, electronic invoicing, and tax declaration assistance, helping businesses adapt to the new model.
The company also provides a significant promotional package for business households and individuals. This includes: free setup and use of VNPT HKD software for six months, an additional six months of VNPT SmartCA digital signature usage, and 1,000 electronic invoices for cash registers. These incentives aim to reduce initial transition costs for businesses. This program is available nationwide until the end of 2026.
Do Ke Cong, deputy director of the Digital Business Services Center at VNPT VinaPhone, stated that as a long-term technology partner of the tax sector, VNPT is committed to offering appropriate, cost-effective solutions to support business households during this transition. "We believe this cooperation will significantly contribute to the 60-day peak plan's success and foster a transparent, modern business environment," he added.
On 31/10/2025, the Tax Department issued a decision to launch the "60-day peak plan to transition from lump-sum to declaration-based tax for business households." This policy reflects a commitment to modernizing tax management, enhancing transparency and fairness, and helping businesses adopt the digital declaration model. The new system mandates the use of electronic invoices, digital signatures, and management software to ensure accurate data.
