Vpbank offers cashback vouchers, helping small businesses attract customers

Vpbank launches the "prosperous cashback" program, issuing approximately 14,000 monthly cashback e-vouchers to help small businesses attract customers via QR payments.

The "Prosperous Cashback" feature is designed to benefit both small business owners and customers with every QR payment transaction.

VPBank supports promotional programs for small business customers directly on VPBank NEO. It proactively generates e-vouchers worth 10,000 dong, 20,000 dong, and 30,000 dong. Initially, the bank will fully fund these e-voucher costs, allowing businesses to implement promotions without incurring expenses.

This feature allows sellers to create e-vouchers and manage promotions with a few taps on the application, eliminating the need for a technical platform or a dedicated marketing team. Participating stores also appear on an offer map, reaching over 13 million VPBank NEO users.

Beyond attracting customers, QR payments ensure fast, transparent transaction recording. This assists small businesses in cash flow management and builds trust with buyers.

Customers can receive cashback e-vouchers from 10,000 dong to 30,000 dong when paying via QR through VPBank NEO at participating stores. The application enables users to find stores with offers, select suitable vouchers before payment, and receive corresponding cashback after the transaction. All actions are completed on a phone, ensuring a seamless, convenient shopping experience.

"Each month, the bank will allocate about 14,000 vouchers to users, running for 12 months with a total gift value up to 4,6 billion dong. This scale ensures broad offer coverage, motivating consumers and boosting sales for small businesses," a bank representative shared.

In addition to these offers, the program integrates with the LynkiD loyalty point system on the VPBank NEO application. When paying for drinks via the Bankrista feature – a promotion for coffee and tea payments – users receive cashback e-vouchers and accumulate points for combined offers: golden hours, double days, or gifts from partner brands.

After accumulating 15 turns, customers can redeem a 30,000 dong voucher. This voucher is usable for both Bankrista and "Prosperous Cashback" features, and customers also receive additional offers at some beverage chains, including: Highlands, Passio.

As cashless payments develop, solutions combining payments and incentives are crucial tools. They help small businesses expand their customer base and enhance consumer experience.
