VPBank unveils corporate credit card for unlimited flight miles

VPBank, Vietnam Airlines, and Visa have partnered to launch a co-branded corporate credit card, offering unlimited flight mile accumulation from spending, international payment support, and enhanced cash flow management.

The Vietnam Airlines VPBank Visa SkyVoyage co-branded credit card, launched on 23/7, is a first-of-its-kind product developed by VPBank, Vietnam Airlines, and Visa specifically for corporate clients. It integrates financial solutions, international payment capabilities, and an aviation ecosystem into a single offering. VPBank provides financial and credit solutions for businesses, while Vietnam Airlines contributes its aviation ecosystem and the Lotusmiles frequent flyer program. Visa supports a global payment network across millions of acceptance points.

A key differentiator of the Vietnam Airlines VPBank Visa SkyVoyage card, compared to existing Vietnam Airlines co-branded cards, is its ability to accumulate unlimited bonus miles based on eligible spending. Additionally, cardholders can achieve Lotusmiles tier upgrades based on their transaction volume.

Specifically, customers reaching eligible transaction volumes of 300 million VND in the last three months, or 1.5 billion VND and 4 billion VND in the last 12 months, will be awarded Titan, Gold, and Platinum Lotusmiles cards, respectively, along with corresponding bonus miles.

Common corporate expenses such as air tickets, accommodation, client entertainment, advertising, and operational purchases can be converted into bonus miles and aviation benefits. With a maximum limit of 3 billion VND and an interest-free period of up to 55 days, businesses can use the card for immediate spending and deferred payment on unexpected expenses, thereby enhancing their cash flow control.

Nguyen Quang Trung, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines, stated that modern business operations demand speed and efficiency, viewing each flight not merely as a cost but as an opportunity to create additional value for the enterprise.

"We developed the Vietnam Airlines VPBank Visa SkyVoyage card to help customers make convenient payments while optimizing costs, accumulating aviation benefits, and improving financial management efficiency," Trung shared.

Dinh Van Nho, Deputy General Director and Head of the Corporate Customer Division at VPBank, expressed his expectation that the Vietnam Airlines VPBank Visa SkyVoyage card will provide corporate customers with a comprehensive financial solution. This solution harmoniously combines flexible capital, international payment capabilities, and an extensive aviation ecosystem.

VPBank stands as Vietnam's largest private bank, ranked 1,373rd among the world's 2,000 largest enterprises by Forbes magazine and 77th in Fortune magazine's list of Southeast Asia's 500 largest businesses.

VPBank's ecosystem includes banking, consumer finance, securities, and insurance, supported by strategic shareholder SMBC, and serves over 30 million customers.

Vietnam Airlines, the national airline of Vietnam, is a primary force in air transport across Southeast Asia. The airline operates an average of 450 flights daily, connecting 22 domestic points and 41 international destinations in 22 countries.
