Home improvement retailer Wickes has extended its home delivery partnership with same-day distribution company CitySprint until the end of 2027. This renewed agreement will see CitySprint continue to deliver from Wickes' network of over 230 stores across the United Kingdom, while also reducing the estimated delivery time from 5 hours to 4 hours.

CitySprint states that the extension aims to help customers plan their day more effectively. Customers can also use a tracking link to select a safe delivery location, with delivery personnel receiving immediate instructions on their devices.

CitySprint reported that approximately 260 certified delivery personnel support the Wickes account, achieving an on-time delivery rate of over 98% last year. Wickes previously signed a three-year contract extension with CitySprint in 2023.
