WinCommerce achieved revenue of 7,872 billion VND in the first two months of 2026, marking a 32.2% increase year-on-year. This performance demonstrates the continued growth momentum from 2025, significantly exceeding the high-end baseline scenario of 15-21% for 2026. The company attributes this success to the development potential within Vietnam's modern retail market.
During this two-month period, the retail system expanded its footprint by opening 145 new stores, bringing its total number of points of sale nationwide to 4,737. This network expansion is a key growth driver for WinCommerce this year. Rural WinMart+ stores, in particular, showed strong revenue growth, indicating a consumer trend expanding beyond major cities. This model is a key part of the company's retail network expansion strategy.

Rural WinMart+ is currently the largest segment within the system, operating 2,063 stores. Its revenue reached 2,184 billion VND in the first two months, an increase of over 63% compared to the same period last year. In urban areas, WinMart+ stores generated 2,034 billion VND in revenue, up 20.6%. The WinMart supermarket system recorded 2,180 billion VND in revenue, an increase of nearly 21%. The WiN model achieved 1,208 billion VND in revenue, up approximately 13% year-on-year.
A WinCommerce representative stated that the company is ahead of its 2026 annual plan for both revenue and network expansion, thanks to its 32.2% revenue growth and 145 new store openings in the first two months. For 2026, Masan Group's retail segment aims for net revenue growth of 15% to 21% over the previous year. The company also targets raising its after-tax profit margin to 1.8-3%.
To achieve these objectives, WinCommerce plans to open 1,000 to 1,500 new stores, further expanding the nationwide presence of its WinMart, WinMart+, and WiN systems. Concurrently, the company focuses on maintaining like-for-like (LFL) revenue growth across both minimart and supermarket models. The unit targets LFL growth from high single-digits to mid-double-digits, achieved by optimizing product portfolios, implementing flexible pricing strategies, and accelerating digital transformation in operations.
Optimizing sales productivity across the entire existing network is a strategic focus to enhance operational efficiency. The combination of network expansion, improved LFL growth, operational optimization, and private label development creates a foundation for a new growth cycle for this retail system.
A company representative added that as Vietnam's retail market shifts from traditional to modern channels, WinCommerce benefits from its broad store network and the synergy of Masan's consumer-retail ecosystem. In 2025, the unit achieved nearly 39,000 billion VND in revenue, an increase of over 18% compared to 2024. This was driven by store network expansion, a focus on rural models, and logistics optimization. This momentum continued to the last month of the year, with December alone recording 3,557 billion VND in revenue, up 19% year-on-year from 2024.
