The launch of Lusso Saigon marks a new development for Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company in the luxury apartment segment in Ho Chi Minh City. In recent years, the company has focused on developing projects in prime locations with integrated amenities and international operational standards. These projects are being rolled out in rapidly urbanizing areas such as Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and surrounding regions.
According to the developer, Lusso Saigon boasts two main thoroughfares, forming a financial, commercial, and service boulevard approximately 60 m wide. The project also connects directly to a planned metro station right in front, creating a significant advantage in terms of local transport infrastructure. This location is expected to yield strong rental potential, while also supporting liquidity and asset value in the long term.

The project is designed with integrated amenities spanning from the ground floor to the rooftop. These include the Lusso Plaza commercial area with three service floors, a cinema, approximately 20,000 sqm of retail space featuring Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese styles, a Japanese-standard clinic, and two international-standard on-site schools. Additionally, the project offers a Sky Pool on the 20th floor and a pickleball sports area. These amenities are designed to meet the living, entertainment, and service needs of residents within the same complex.
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with WorldHotels, a hotel brand within BWH Hotels' global ecosystem, on 18/3. Under the agreement, WorldHotels will manage and operate the Lusso Saigon WorldHotels Residences project. WorldHotels is an international hotel brand under BWH Hotels with over 55 years of operation. Its system currently manages approximately 160 hotels and resorts in numerous countries such as the United States, Mexico, China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, and Italy, totaling nearly 50,000 rooms.
Before the signing, WorldHotels conducted a thorough due diligence process for the project. The assessment covered location, architectural design, construction standards, and the developer's long-term development vision. This partnership aims to ensure the project meets international operational and service standards.

Upon joining the WorldHotels Residences system, Lusso Saigon will implement service standards based on an international hotel management model. The project's operations are guided by four service pillars: A World of Care (comprehensive care), A World of Your Own (private space), A World of Connections (community connection), and A World of Good (positive living experiences). These standards are integrated into daily management and resident services.
The Branded Residences model at Lusso Saigon focuses on a living experience combined with professional management services. Residents can access various support services such as scheduled housekeeping, laundry, green space maintenance, assistance with flight bookings, restaurant reservations, or organizing family events. All services are operated according to WorldHotels' procedures, ensuring consistency and international service standards.
This cooperation with an international management brand is also expected to enhance the project's operational quality. Beyond the resident experience, this model supports increased rental potential and maintains long-term asset liquidity. These factors are of interest to many investors as the real estate market increasingly emphasizes project management and operational quality.

According to the developer's representative, with the increasingly limited supply of luxury apartments in central Ho Chi Minh City, Lusso Saigon is being introduced to the market at a time when demand for this segment continues to rise. According to published data, in the first two months of 2026, Ho Chi Minh City attracted nearly 980 million USD in foreign direct investment, an increase of 28.4% compared to the same period last year. This surge in investment capital brings a large number of experts and high-quality workers to live and work in the city.
The area where Lusso Saigon is located currently hosts approximately 45,000 international experts and senior personnel working at foreign direct investment enterprises. This group is considered to have stable demand for apartment products managed to international standards. Simultaneously, regional infrastructure is undergoing expansion, including plans to upgrade National Highway 13 and develop Binh Duong Metro Line 2. These factors are expected to enhance connectivity and increase the area's value in the future.
The project is being introduced with a phased payment policy, allowing customers to pay a portion of the apartment's value until the anticipated handover in 2028. This approach aims to provide additional financial options for homebuyers and investors participating in the project.
The developer also stated that the introduction of Lusso Saigon signifies a new trend in Vietnam's luxury real estate market. In this trend, international operational management standards are increasingly emphasized alongside location and design. Projects adopting the Branded Residences model are thus considered a new development direction for the luxury real estate segment.
Lusso Saigon is currently distributed through Viet A Land, a unit involved in consulting and introducing the product to the market. This unit provides information about the project, pricing, and related procedures to interested customers. The consulting team is trained in Branded Residences products and assists customers in researching, selecting, and completing necessary procedures.
