The 10th-grade public school entrance exam in Hai Phong took place from 31/5-2/6. Over 61,700 candidates registered for the public 10th-grade exam, vying for a total enrollment quota of over 48,700 students.

Math was the final subject in the entrance exam for non-specialized high schools. The foreign language exam took place yesterday afternoon, and the literature exam was held this morning. Admission scores are calculated as the total of the three subjects—math, foreign language, and literature—each on a 10-point scale and weighted with a coefficient of one, plus any priority points.

Candidates applying to Tran Phu Specialized High School and Nguyen Trai Specialized High School (Hai Duong) will take their specialized subject exam tomorrow. This exam will last 150 minutes. Specialized admission scores comprise the total score of the non-specialized exams (coefficient one) and the specialized exam score (coefficient three).
