>>> Film schedule at the exhibition
The exhibition opened on 28/8 with a meet-and-greet featuring director Phi Tien Son, artist Vu Viet Hung, and actress Cao Thuy Linh (the lead in "Dao, Pho va Piano"). Attendees also experienced a digital film set, recreating movie scenes and allowing them to step into the roles of on-screen soldiers. Around 10:30 am, People's Artist Tu Long, dressed in traditional attire, led the "Ho Linh Trang Si" film crew in a parade from Exhibition Hall A to the central area. Later that afternoon, the team from "Lat Mat 7" met with the public.
The team from "Anh Thay Ngoi Sao" is scheduled to hold a meet-and-greet at 4 pm on 29/8. The 2019 film tells the story of Hoang (played by Huyme), a teacher assigned to a remote island. Initially resentful of the island's hardships, Hoang gradually changes his perspective, touched by the islanders' warmth. The film's soundtrack, "Bai Ca Tom Ca," has resonated with children due to its cheerful, sea-inspired melody and has garnered 49 million views on YouTube.
On Saturday and Sunday (30-31/8), several animated films will be screened, including "De Men," "Trang Quynh Nhi: Truyen Thuyet Kim Nguu," and "Maika - Co Be Toi Tu Hanh Tinh Khac." The family drama "Nha Gia Tien," directed by Huynh Lap and starring Phuong My Chi, will also be shown, with a meet-and-greet with the film crew scheduled for 1/9.
