The Voice of Vietnam launched this event, which began on 1/10. The deadline for submissions is 25/11. The summary and award ceremony is scheduled for 5/12 at the Voice of Vietnam Theater. Authors can submit entries directly to the Literature - Art - Music Department, National Radio Center, or via email at vov3@vov.vn.
According to the organizing committee, the contest encourages professional and amateur authors nationwide, overseas Vietnamese, and international friends to create works about the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, the nation, its people, and renovation achievements. Participants can submit entries in various genres, including pop, rock, rap, dance, indie songs, folk songs with new lyrics, and contemporary poetry.
For songs and folk songs with new lyrics, each author may submit a maximum of two works. Poetry submissions have no quantity limit, but each creator must use only one pen name. Entries must not have been submitted to any previous competition and must not use artificial intelligence (AI) during their creation.

In the song category, the organizing committee will award one first prize of 15 million VND, while the top-ranked folk song with new lyrics will receive 12 million VND. Additionally, the organizing committee will select two second-place winners, three third-place winners, and five consolation prize recipients in each category. Excellent entries will be featured on radio broadcasts and various media platforms.
People's Artist Nguyen Van Chuong, head of the organizing committee, expressed: "We hope this contest will ignite creative inspiration, foster patriotism, national pride, and present an image of a confident, prosperous Vietnam in its era of rising."
