According to Hongxing News, Jin Ze was found dead at his home in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. His management agency's representative stated they are currently assisting his family with funeral arrangements and urged the public to respect the deceased by refraining from posting speculations or unsubstantiated rumors about the actor's passing.

"This tragic news has come unexpectedly, life is impermanent. We are fully complying with the family's arrangements for the funeral and extend our deepest condolences to them," Jin Ze's representative wrote.

Many of the actor's colleagues were shocked, having recently seen him on set. His last post on social media was on 6/5, when he shared photos from his new film, "Dan quoc ky an luc". Actors who collaborated with Jin Ze, such as Wang Jiahe and Huang Shengjie, commented on his most recent post, praying for him to rest in peace.

Jin Ze, whose real name was Zhang Jiawei, was born in Shandong province. He graduated from the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and worked as both an actor and a model. In 2015, he gained attention walking the runway at Milan Fashion Week. Since 2016, Jin Ze appeared in numerous television dramas, including: Xin chao Kieu An, Quen em, chi nho tinh yeu, Cuoi roi moi yeu, My nhan nghich lan, Dung yeu ong chu, Cuop hon 101 lan, and Thuong nguyet hoi.

In recent years, Jin Ze ventured into short films. On the Hongguo platform, he had several upcoming works, including: Doi hoa no, doi em ve. Jin Ze had nearly 6 million followers on Weibo, with each of his posts often attracting thousands of comments. Many viewers described the actor as handsome with a masculine fashion sense.
