Following a successful first season that connected digital content creators with the government, brands, platforms, and advertising agencies, Vietnam iContent 2025 has even greater ambitions. It aims to become a platform for launching impactful communication campaigns that benefit the community, while also sharing experiences to prepare for more effective activities in 2026.

At the launch ceremony for Vietnam Digital Content Creation Day 2025, organizers highlighted the program's greatest advantage: the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, along with various other ministries and agencies. Numerous media and advertising entities are also closely following the event. In addition, international platforms like Meta and TikTok have committed to participating with practical activities, increasing the program's reach.
The second season revolves around the theme "Vietnam Shines," aiming to promote cultural values, the spirit of unity, and national pride. This theme provides a strong foundation for the event's appeal to both the creative community and the public.
In addition to recognition activities, this year's program features new additions such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops, interactive spaces, and a community fundraising livestream. These activities provide opportunities for creators to learn, connect, and demonstrate social responsibility.
"Vietnam iContent is not just an awards ceremony; it's a forum for creating content tied to cultural values and contributing to the community," an organizer representative stated.

Alongside these advantages, Vietnam iContent also faces challenges. Some key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion consumers (KOCs) have expressed concerns about new regulations regarding advertising, e-commerce, and social media content. Some are still unfamiliar with transparency principles for livestreaming and reviews, particularly the requirement to disclose advertising information.
Recently, several individuals faced penalties and even criminal prosecution for false advertising. This highlights the need for Vietnam iContent to continue its role as a "legal school," helping creators understand and comply with regulations, in addition to celebrating creativity.
Another challenge is the quality of creative products. The current digital content market includes many products focused on attracting views, lacking depth, and even having negative impacts. In the competitive landscape of rapid news delivery, not everyone has the resources to invest properly in equipment, techniques, or ideas.
Given these realities, Vietnam iContent not only encourages new creativity but also emphasizes the value of "clean, beneficial content," which both generates community impact and maintains trust among audiences and brands.
Speaking to VnExpress, Le Quang Tu Do, Director General of the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information, emphasized that if creators comply with the law and work for the benefit of the community, they will not only receive support but also have the opportunity to be recognized. Vietnam iContent organizers have also developed specific strategies and criteria to honor deserving individuals, contributing to bringing clean content to the public nationwide.
Simultaneously, controlling fake news and misinformation online remains a significant challenge, requiring close collaboration among management agencies, platforms, and the creative community itself.
"Entering its second year, Vietnam iContent carries high expectations: from an awards ceremony, it is now a forum for connection, education, and promoting creativity tied to social responsibility. With the support of management agencies, platforms, and the creative community, the event hopes to create a healthy environment where new ideas not only flourish but also align with legal and cultural standards," added an organizer representative.
