According to the NY Post, on 2/9, Brad Pitt's new home is located in the Outpost Estates neighborhood of Hollywood Hills, where actors Orlando Bloom and Ben Affleck also reside. Built in 1989, the 780-square-meter property features numerous alarm systems and is surrounded by trees. The villa includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a movie theater. The outdoor area boasts a pool, a fire pit, a vegetable garden, and views of the city and ocean.

The NY Post reported Pitt bought the house from guitarist Dave Keuning of the rock band The Killers and his wife. Sources indicate the actor chose the location due to its state-of-the-art security system. This purchase comes shortly after a burglary at Pitt's previous $5.5 million home on 25/6.
"Brad Pitt wanted a place that could offer maximum security and privacy, and this one caught his eye. Long before the break-in at his former residence, Pitt has always prioritized security," a source added.
Pitt's representatives declined to comment on the report.

Before Pitt, Keuning and his wife, interior designer Emilie, purchased the property from Grindr founder Joel Simkhai for $9.6 million. In June, they listed it for $14 million.
This is Pitt's latest real estate transaction. In 2022, he spent $40 million on a cliffside mansion in Carmel Highlands, California. In 2023, he sold his Los Feliz compound for $33 million. According to the NY Post, the recently burglarized home also had a sale pending before the incident.
Pitt, 62, has been a leading Hollywood actor for three decades. According to The Numbers, films starring Pitt have earned approximately $5 billion at the box office. The star has won prestigious awards, including Oscars, Golden Globes, and BAFTAs. He was married to Jennifer Aniston (2000-2005) and Angelina Jolie (2014-2016). He is currently dating jewelry designer Ines de Ramon, 33.
According to House and Garden, Pitt owns several other properties besides his California homes. He has villas in Mallorca (Spain), New York, and New Orleans. He is currently involved in a legal dispute with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie over a French estate, alleging she secretly sold her shares to a Russian billionaire after their divorce. His current net worth is estimated at $400 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
