In a September 24 interview with the Daily Mail, 26-year-old Brooklyn Beckham addressed rumors of a rift between him and his wife, 30-year-old actress Nicola Peltz, and the Beckham family.
"There's always negative comments out there," he said, "but I have a very supportive wife. We just focus on our work and we're happy." Beckham added that he doesn't worry about gossip because it's "usually nonsense."
The interview coincided with Beckham's participation in the celebrity Ryder Cup golf tournament in New York. He revealed plans to return to Los Angeles with Peltz after the tournament. "I’ve left my wife at home with our 4 dogs, so I need to get back to help her and get back to work," he said.

Rumors of a family feud began circulating in April 2024 after the couple's absence from and silence regarding Beckham family events. Brooklyn hasn't posted photos with or mentioned his parents or younger brothers, Romeo and Cruz, on social media since Christmas 2024. However, he recently acknowledged his family on his sister Harper's birthday and his grandfather's birthday.
The alleged feud deepened in early August when Brooklyn and Nicola didn't invite the Beckhams to their vow renewal ceremony. Some international media outlets interpreted this as a sign of estrangement. The reason for the rumored rift remains unclear.

They first met at Coachella 2017 through her brother, Diesel, and started dating around Halloween 2019. Their wedding in 4/2022 reportedly cost nearly 4 million USD.
