2025 marks the 38th consecutive year that Swiss watch brand Chopard has been the global sponsor and official timekeeper of this legendary race. This enduring partnership, which began in 1988, represents one of the most sustained collaborations between a watchmaker and a motorsport event.
A highlight of this annual event is the unveiling of the latest watches Chopard adds to its "Mille Miglia" collection each year. This year's collection includes two new designs: the Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph Tribute to Sir Stirling Moss and the 2025 edition of the Mille Miglia GTS Power Control.

The Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph Tribute to Sir Stirling Moss, limited to just 70 pieces, is a focal point of this year's race. This design commemorates one of the greatest achievements in motorsport history: Sir Stirling Moss's victory at the 1955 Mille Miglia. The watch's unique sapphire crystal reveals a brushed silver dial, reminiscent of the original matte silver paint on Moss's winning Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR.

Baton-style hands and hour markers coated with Super-LumiNova Grade X1 ensure legibility even during nighttime stages—once a hallmark of the Mille Miglia. A perforated brown calfskin strap provides comfort both on and off the track. The commemorative watch houses a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement with a 54-hour power reserve and is COSC-certified.
"As a long-time participant in the Mille Miglia, it feels entirely appropriate to honor such a legendary race with a fittingly special watch," said Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, Chopard Co-President.

The second watch dedicated to this year's race is the Mille Miglia GTS Power Control - 2025 Race Edition, marking a decade since Chopard introduced the GTS (Grand Turismo Sport) line. In anticipation of this year’s race, Chopard unveiled this special edition inspired by the legendary cars that raced in the Mille Miglia from 1940 to 1957.
Limited to 250 pieces, this 43 mm design is crafted from Chopard's Lucent Steel. This proprietary alloy is a luminous, high-performance material produced with 80% recycled content. Its remarkable scratch resistance makes it well-suited to withstand the bumps and jostles of a race car cockpit. The perforated black calfskin strap features a Lucent Steel buckle and is lined with rubber embossed with a classic Dunlop racing tire tread pattern—a hallmark of Mille Miglia watches.
In Vietnam, the Chopard brand is officially distributed by Tam Son International.
