Dan Truong's "Mark of Youth" live concert, expected to draw an audience of approximately 10,000, will take place on 1/11 in Hanoi. On the afternoon of 8/9, Dan Truong revealed that the biggest challenges for the show are the budget and his health. He has been suffering from osteoarthritis and vestibular disorders for many years, and despite ongoing treatment, he has not fully recovered. Therefore, he has been diligently training to prepare for the 30-song performance. He and his team initially planned for a moderate investment, but the actual cost has exceeded 10 billion VND. Expenses for stage setup, music arrangement, and advanced lighting systems have all been substantial.
The singer mentioned that renting 18 imported horses for one performance segment alone will cost several hundred million VND. The horses, chosen for their size and beauty, will be transported from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi. In addition to using his own funds, he has received support and assistance from colleagues and production partners.
"This will be my last live show because in the coming years, my health condition and other factors may not allow me to undertake such a large-scale production again. My manager, Hoang Tuan, and I are putting all our effort into this show to commemorate my 30-year career milestone," Dan Truong stated.

The concert is divided into three parts, showcasing the singer's musical journey from the Lan Song Xanh era to the present. The opening segment will feature his hit songs like "Golden Love Song", "Unrequited Love", and "Life of a Cicada". The second part will consist of folk and historical songs. According to the singer, the highlight will be the final segment, featuring entirely new songs commissioned from composers Chau Dang Khoa and Tuan Cry.
In addition to the performances, the event will also include an exhibition titled "Dan Truong - 30 Years of Achievements," displaying memorabilia and milestones from his career.
The guest performers include: Cam Ly, Quoc Thien, Hoa Minzy, Den Vau, Rhyder, and Dan Truong's son, Thien Tu. Director Minh Vy will serve as the music director.

Dan Truong is renowned for songs such as "Life of a Cicada", "Unrequited Love", and various Vietnamese versions of Chinese songs. He received the "Most Favorite Singer" award from Lan Song Xanh for seven consecutive years. In mid-2025, Dan Truong was invited to be a judge alongside Alec Su in the music program Sing! Asia.
In 2013, the singer married businesswoman Thuy Tien, who is 10 years younger than him. They resided in the US. They announced their divorce in mid-July 2021, after eight years of marriage and having a son, Thien Tu. He and his ex-wife maintain a friendly relationship to co-parent their son.
