"I cried when Sunny Dan Ngoc agreed to let me hold her hand and go through life's ups and downs with her," the actor said. The couple are planning their wedding for December of this year.

According to Tai, his girlfriend has a strong personality, is mature, and resilient. He says she is sincere and dedicated in both her relationships and work. While they have frequently appeared together at entertainment events, they previously kept their relationship private.

Born in 1984, Doan Minh Tai was a model before transitioning to acting. He has appeared in films like Lost Soul, Scar, and Misty Slope. He also acts in plays, works in real estate, and owns a restaurant chain in Ho Chi Minh City.

Sunny Dan Ngoc was born in 2000. Her mother is a doctor at Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Hong Bang International University and the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music. She has released several music videos produced by Doan Minh Tai, including Sadness in the Bottom of My Heart, Singing in the Rain, and Covid Fighters.
