Organizers have announced Miss H'Hen Nie will join one of the three coaching "hot seats" for the upcoming season of The Face Vietnam. Her selection recognizes her prominent 10-year career in showbiz, spanning fashion, music, film, and ambassadorships for various cultural programs and festivals. H'Hen Nie is also known for her active involvement in numerous community projects. Producer Trang Le stated, "Given her success and broad reach, the team believes H'Hen Nie will be a distinct presence on the show."

Expressing a mix of excitement and nervousness about her debut on the show, H'Hen Nie shared her anticipation. "I look forward to sharing my experience with the contestants and bringing something new to the audience," she said. The beauty queen clarified that her primary goal is to discover potential talents for the fashion industry, emphasizing that she does not feel pressure or intense competition with the other coaches.

H'Hen Nie quickly resumed her career after giving birth to her first child in 9/2025. She noted that reality television filming often demands continuous days, sometimes extending overnight. Upon receiving the producer's invitation, she consulted her husband and received his full support. She plans to coordinate schedules with her husband to ensure shared care for their 8-month-old baby, Harley.

H'Hen Nie, 34, from Dak Lak, rose to prominence after being crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2017. She then represented Vietnam at Miss Universe 2018, where she secured a spot in the top 5. In early 2019, the beauty pageant website Missosology awarded her the Timeless Beauty title. Her experience extends to coaching the first season of The Next Face Vietnam and serving as a judge for Miss Universe Vietnam 2022. H'Hen Nie has also frequently appeared on the covers of both domestic and international fashion magazines.

Her acting portfolio includes a starring role in her debut project, "578: Phat dan cua ke dien." In 2023, H'Hen Nie drew significant attention as a contestant on "Chi dep dap gio re song," where she reached the finals.

The Face is a modeling competition conceived by Nigel Barker, a former judge on America's Next Top Model. The format involves contestants being grouped and mentored by leading models within the entertainment industry.

A Vietnamese entity acquired the rights to organize The Face Vietnam in 2016. The show has crowned four winners: Phi Phuong Anh, Tu Hao, Mac Trung Kien, and Huynh Tu Anh. Previous coaches who have occupied the show's "hot seats" include a roster of well-known and experienced models: Ho Ngoc Ha, Thanh Hang, Pham Huong, Lan Khue, Minh Tu, Vo Hoang Yen, Minh Hang, Vu Thu Phuong, Anh Thu, Ky Duyen, and Minh Trieu. The fifth season commenced several months ago with online rounds, attracting many Gen Z participants. Organizers and coaches will conduct casting calls to select contestants for the common house, with events scheduled in Hanoi on 7/6 and Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM) on 27/6. Vo Hoang Yen was previously announced as the first coach for this season.
