During the "Anh trai say hi" concert in Las Vegas on 27/7, Hieuthuhai performed "Love Sand" alongside Jsol, Ali Hoang Duong, Vu Thinh, and a group of female dancers. He wore jeans, dark lipstick, and studded earrings. The focal point of his outfit was a ruffled, see-through top from a local brand in TP HCM, priced at 2.4 million VND (approximately 102 USD).

Across social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Threads, many viewers commented on the rapper's appearance. His devoted fans praised his looks and physique. "In the US, this outfit is considered appropriate and stylish for a performance," one commenter noted.
However, many criticized the look: "He looks too effeminate", "What was his team thinking?", "Do they have no sense of style?", "Hieuthuhai shouldn't wear feminine clothing like this, it doesn't suit him at all", "Why is he wearing such bright red lipstick?".

Beyond the clothing, his dance moves in "Love Sand" also drew reactions. On stage, he bent over, slowly removed his belt, covered his eyes, swayed his hips, and whipped the belt. Some viewers found the performance overly suggestive and potentially harmful, especially to young people. They commented: "It's not good for children to see this video", "He shouldn't resort to these tactics to attract an audience".
Some fans defended the performance, arguing that "the choreography fits the song's theme of love".

For this US tour, Hieuthuhai's team prepared a range of outfits blending classic 1970s style with a touch of modern flair: jeans, paisley bomber jackets, t-shirts, sequined long coats, floral embroidered suits, silk scarves, and accessories like hairpins, jeweled rings, and heeled boots. Most were well-coordinated, enhancing his stage presence.
