International stars declare their love for Vietnam at 8Wonder

Throughout the five-hour "8Wonder: Moments of Wonder" concert in Dong Anh, Hanoi, DPR IAN, J Balvin, The Kid Laroi, and DJ Snake interacted with the 50,000 attendees, expressing their love for Vietnam and the event's atmosphere.

DJ Snake and J Balvin donned traditional Vietnamese conical hats while performing their hit song "Noventa", encouraging the audience to sing along. After the performance, DJ Snake repeatedly exclaimed, "Vietnam, I love you".

The "8Wonder Summer 2025: Moments of Wonder" concert featured a highly anticipated lineup of international stars. The artists performed their biggest hits, energized the crowd, and interacted with fans throughout their sets.

According to the organizers, the close interaction between international artists and Vietnamese fans is key to the event's continued success.

After a nearly 40-minute set, DJ Snake concluded his performance with a dazzling fireworks display. Wearing a conical hat, he made a heart gesture to bid farewell to his Vietnamese fans.

Earlier, South Korean singer DPR IAN also expressed his delight upon receiving a conical hat from a fan. He shared his appreciation for the atmosphere at 8Wonder.

Throughout his performance, DPR IAN frequently greeted the audience, expressing his joy at returning to Vietnam for the second time. He declared his affection for his fans in Vietnamese, saying "Anh yeu tat ca cac em" ("I love you all"), a phrase he practiced with the help of Google just before the concert.

Colombian singer J Balvin also expressed his appreciation for the fans' enthusiasm during his first-ever performance in Vietnam. He repeatedly called out "Vietnam" and approached different sections of the audience to connect with them.

The Kid Laroi, a leading artist among Gen Z music fans globally, enjoyed the warm reception from the Vietnamese crowd. He complimented the audience, saying, "You guys are beautiful."

After each song, the rapper's "I love you" messages were met with enthusiastic cheers from the crowd.

Ha My, 22, from Hanoi, arrived early to see DPR IAN. She expressed her satisfaction, not only with hearing his hits but also with his repeated declarations of love.

International and Vietnamese fans alike enjoyed the concert atmosphere. "8Wonder Summer 2025: Moments of Wonder" promotes the message "Where Local Beats Become Global Wonders", bridging Vietnamese and international music.

According to the organizers, the large-scale event, part of the 80th National Day celebrations, helps solidify Vietnam's position as a leading festival and entertainment destination in the region.

During his ballads, The Kid Laroi encouraged the audience to turn on their phone flashlights. His crew cleverly paused the music during certain choruses, allowing the audience to sing along.

Duc Hoang, 19, from Hanoi, was impressed by The Kid Laroi's energetic 30-minute performance. "I was dancing and singing along the whole time," Hoang said.
