Jurassic World and other Hollywood blockbusters hit Vietnamese theaters

The seventh installment of Jurassic World, along with superhero films Superman and Fantastic Four, will premiere in Vietnam in July.

Industry experts predict July will be the month when studios release their biggest films to attract summer audiences. Jurassic World: Rebirth takes viewers back to the world of dinosaurs, promising a box-office-busting adventure. In addition, new versions of the superhero genre, Superman and Fantastic Four, along with the 27th Detective Conan film, will contribute to the excitement in the domestic film market.

Directed by Gareth Edwards, the film is set five years after Jurassic World: Dominion (2022), when Earth's ecosystem is no longer suitable for dinosaurs. The remaining dinosaurs exist in an isolated equatorial environment. Three giant creatures—one on land, one in the sea, and one in the air—in a tropical biosphere hold the key to a life-saving medicine for humans.

Three experts, Zora Bennett (played by Scarlett Johansson), Henry Loomis (Jonathan Bailey), and Duncan Kincaid (Mahershala Ali), travel to the isolated island that was once the site of Jurassic Park. They seek to extract DNA samples from the three creatures, while also fighting for their own survival.
