Phuoc Quang (nicknamed Do La) is Kim Thu and Phuoc Sang’s eldest son. They also have a younger son, Phuoc Thinh.
The actress hoped Phuoc Quang would pursue a career in medicine, but he wants to develop his athletic talent, fueled by his passion for football. Kim Thu isn't pressuring him, allowing him to choose his own career path.
"Watching my son in his graduation uniform, marking a new chapter in his life, brought tears of joy to my eyes. It seems like only yesterday I was holding him in my arms, and now Do La is mature and grown. Seeing him grow up makes me feel like all the effort and difficulties were worth it," Kim Thu said.

According to Kim Thu, her son is well-behaved, polite, and filial. She said Phuoc Quang learned to be thrifty from a young age and never made demands or caused her unnecessary expenses. Whenever the actress planned to buy him gifts, Quang would often discourage her, saying, "Mom will have to work harder then."
Kim Thu considers her two sons her motivation and inspiration in life. The actress was once heartbroken that her children had to grow up in a family without complete happiness.

After Kim Thu and actor Phuoc Sang divorced, the actress let her two sons live with their father and maintained regular contact. Recently, as Quang and Thinh have matured, Kim Thu has occasionally taken them to events hosted by close friends. The two young men have attracted attention with their impressive height: Phuoc Quang is 2 meters tall, and Phuoc Thinh is 1.85 meters tall.
Kim Thu, 46, is the daughter of singer Trang Kim Yen. In the early 2000s, she was known for films like "De muon" (Renting a Womb), "Khi dan ong co bau" (When Men Are Pregnant), and "Hon Truong Ba da hang thit" (Truong Ba's Soul in a Butcher's Skin). After her divorce, Kim Thu left the screen, started a restaurant business, and limited her participation in entertainment events.
