Born in 1966, Lu Tung Hien graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 1989. He is known for his roles in "Fist of Fury", "A Chinese Ghost Story", "The Swordsman", and the 1996 version of "The Smiling, Proud Wanderer". Critics and audiences widely consider the 1996 adaptation to be the most successful of the approximately 10 television versions of Jin Yong's novel.
