Organized by a local team, Miss Cosmo aims to find a modern young woman with influence. The organizers chose the theme "Rising Dragon," inspired by the dragon image and the Vietnamese legend of the Dragon's children and the Fairy's grandchildren. Tran Viet Bao Hoang, the head of the organizing committee, announced that over 80 contestants from around the world will participate. The final will take place outdoors at the Creative Park in Ho Chi Minh City on 20/12, with a capacity of approximately 20,000 spectators. AXN, a general entertainment channel, will broadcast the program globally.

According to the announced format, the judges will select the top 21 (swimsuit competition), top 10 (evening gown), and top 5 (interview). The final two contestants will give presentations before the winner is chosen to receive the crown and a cash prize of 100,000 USD.
This year's competition features new elements, including the introduction of pickleball and golf into the Sports Experience segment. The organizers have shortened the schedule to ensure the contestants' well-being while maintaining cultural and tourism promotion activities in Hue, Lam Dong, Tay Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City. Other entertainment and music-related events include Hello Cosmo from Vietnam, Best of Vietnam, Carnival Costume, and Green Summit.
